The winter air has fallen upon us and its time to think about skiing and of course with skiing comes the need for resort lift tickets.  In western Maryland one of the primary skiing locations is the Wisp Resort (or the “Wisp”).  The Wisp Resort is a fairly large operation and lines are generally not a problem for getting lift tickets, but its always good to think ahead. Therefor I thought i would provide a little information that might help you to plan for your Wisp ski resort lift tickets in 2009/2010.

“Wisp” Ski Resort Lift Ticket Types

  • Morning Session Lift Tickets = 9am – 1pm
  • Afternoon Session (not available Peak Weekends or Holidays.) Lift Tickets=  1pm – 5pm
  • Night Session  (not available Sun. & Mon. except holidays : December 27 & 28, January 17 and February 14) Lift Tickets= 5pm – 9pm
  • Twilight (not available Sun. & Mon. except holidays) Lift Tickets=  1pm – 9pm
  • Extended Day Lift Tickets =   Open – Close

Junior age Lift Tickets = 6 -12 years old
