• VRBO (Vacation Rentals By Owner) – This is a great tool for communicating directly with home owners.  If they do not have weekend rentals listed, email them and ask!
• News Paper – Local news papers around the Maryland, Pennsylvania and Washington DC have lots of rentals.  If you do not find weekend rentals, just call or email the owner.
• Craigs List – Another great spot to look.     Weekend rentals are very often found here.
• Local Realtor’s – Finally check the local real estate companies.  It might be a little more of a challenge to find weekend rentals through this channel, but its always worth a try.  Again, if they do not list weekend rentals, ask.  and then ask again.
